Marjorie Taylor Greene voices opinions on wind projects and legislation

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, a U.S. Congresswoman representing Georgia's 14th district since 2021, has made several statements on social media regarding various issues. Born in Milledgeville, Georgia, in 1974 and currently residing in Rome, Greene graduated from the University of Georgia with a BBA in 1996.

On January 30, 2025, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene posted a brief farewell message: "Bye, bye! ".

Later that day, she addressed environmental concerns with offshore wind projects. At 20:06 UTC, she tweeted: "Save the whales! End off shore wind projects! Tear them all down!".

In another post on the same day at 22:57 UTC, Greene emphasized her legislative priorities by advocating for her proposed bill aimed at banning gender-affirming surgeries for minors. She stated: "We must pass my bill, the Protect Children’s Innocence Act..."
