Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, a U.S. Congress member representing Georgia's 14th district since 2021, shared her thoughts on recent political developments through a series of tweets on January 29, 2025.

In her first tweet, Rep. Greene expressed concerns over the lack of progress in budget reconciliation discussions during the House Republican winter retreat. She stated, "After two days at our House Republican winter retreat, we still do not have a plan on budget reconciliation and our Speaker and his team have not offered one." This tweet was posted at 12:27 PM UTC.

Later that day, at 4:25 PM UTC, Rep. Greene commented on former President Trump's efforts to secure the U.S. borders compared to those of President Biden and Vice President Harris. She tweeted, "President Trump has done more in one week than Joe Biden and Kamala Harris did in 4 years to secure our borders."

Finally, at 6:53 PM UTC, Rep. Greene referenced executive orders related to federal funding by stating that they remain effective and will be enforced rigorously. Her tweet read: “The President's EO's on federal funding remain in full force and effect, and will be rigorously implemented.”
