CHI Memorial Medical Group is pleased to announce Julie Horton, NP-C, is now seeing patients at CHI Memorial Family Practice Associates – Northgate. Horton earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from East Tennessee State University in Johnson City, TN. She then completed a Master of Science in Nursing degree from Samford University in Birmingham, AL. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Horton joins Vicky Cooke, ANPC, FNP, at CHI Memorial Family Practice Associates - Northgate.
