EVENT DETAILS
We're combining two of our signature events in 2022 for an evening of celebration. The Walker County Chamber's Annual Gala (and Annual Dinner) will be held on Saturday, Feb. 26 at the Walker County Civic Center beginning with a social hour at 6:30 p.m. This formal event will recognize the Small Business of the Year, the Large Business of the Year, and the Civic or Non-Profit Organization of the Year, along with the Chamber's incoming Board of Directors.
Dinner will be served at 7:30 p.m. followed by entertainment from Neon Moon, a local 90s country cover band. The entertainment is sponsored this year by First Volunteer Bank and H&R Sanitation.
The theme for the evening is "Boots & Bling."
The Walker County Gala is a fundraiser for the Walker County Chamber of Commerce, which is a 501 c 6 non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing lives through business and tourism.

FAQs
Is this still a formal event?
Yes, with the exception of a little "Boots & Bling" to go along with the theme of the evening.
Will dinner be served?
Yes, our guests will be served a plated meal by the caterer's waitstaff.
What time will the band play?
The band will go on stage at approximately 8:30 p.m.
Why do tickets cost more this year?
The cost is actually less. We're combining two of our signature events and lowering the combined price. This allows our business partners the opportunity to support one single event this year, since most of them attended both the Annual Dinner and the Gala.
What will the program consist of?
If you have attended our Annual Dinner in the past, the program will be a shortened version of that. We will recognize our incoming chair and board of directors and give away some awards for Business of the Year.
