CHI Memorial Medical Group is pleased to announce Julie Horton, NP-C, has joined CHI Memorial Internal Medicine Associates – Chattanooga, Hixson Pike.
Horton earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from East Tennessee State University in Johnson City, TN.
She then completed a Master of Science in Nursing degree from Samford University in Birmingham, AL.
She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
At CHI Memorial Internal Medicine Associates – Chattanooga, Hixson Pike, Horton joins Derek Crouthers, MD, Mario E. Mariani, MD, Jerrold L. Selzer, MD, and a highly qualified clinical staff of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and medical assistants who work diligently to provide high quality care for individuals ages 18 and older in a warm, friendly atmosphere.
