The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Holly Mccormack, Holly McCormack for Congress, refunded $1,000 to Mary Ellen Ruesch on July 25, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Holly McCormack for Congress has refunded $2,000 total since Feb. 1.
