CHI Memorial Medical group is pleased to announce Wade Lenz, MD, family medicine physician, has joined CHI Memorial Family Practice Associates – Ooltewah. Dr. Lenz earned his medical degree from the University of Iowa in Iowa City, IA. He completed an internship and residency in family practice at Eisenhower Army Medical Center, Fort Gordon, GA. Dr. Lenz is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
