Description
The Project consists of, but is not limited to, demolition of 4 buildings at addresses 5965 Carter Alley, 5912 Cobb Street, 6013 Athens Street, and 5961 Carter Alley. Work includes the abatement and removal of asbestos and lead paint present inside the existing buildings. Work includes the removal of all ancillary structures, concrete pads, equipment, debris, etc. on the properties of the buildings, temporary erosion control, clearing and grubbing, and permanent grassing.
