On LinkedIn, AAHOA President & CEO Laura Lee Blake congratulated Neal Patel, vice president of the Alpine Group Partners, on the AAPI group he’s launching. 

Patel and the Alpine Group have been serving as advisors for AAHOA, and have been working closely for months on various advocacy initiatives.

It was conceived during the pandemic amid increasing racist attacks on Asian Americans, and the organization launched unofficially last month during a happy hour at Capitol Hill watering hole Hawk ‘n’ Dove."
