David Winters, DO, and Sabrina Stover, APRN, AG-PCNP-BC, Join CHI Memorial Family Practice Associates - Cleveland

CHI Memorial Medical Group is pleased to announce David Winters, DO, and Sabrina Stover, APRN, AG-PCNP-BC, have joined CHI Memorial Family Practice Associates – Cleveland.  Dr. Winters received his doctor of osteopathy degree from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences in Kansas City, MO.  He completed an internship at Memorial Osteopathic Hospital in York, PA.  He has more than 40 years’ experience caring for patients in Southeast Tennessee.

Stover earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington and a master’s degree in nursing, adult gerontology primary care nurse practitioner (AG-PCNP), from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN.  She is board certified and is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Stover has almost 15 years’ experience caring for patients in hospital and primary care clinic settings.

Dr. Winters and Stover provide comprehensive care for the entire family. The practice emphasizes disease prevention by focusing on treating the whole person – from childhood to adulthood - with a goal of providing comfortable, convenient, and prompt care to help you get well and stay well.  They welcome new patients.

CHI Memorial Family Practice Associates - Cleveland is located at 2620 Westside Dr. NW, Cleveland, TN 37312.  The office is open Monday - Thursday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., and Friday, 8 a.m. - noon.
