Covenant College Athletics recently issued the following announcement.

Covenant men's basketball graduate forward Will Crumly earned NABC All-District and D3hoops.com All-Region honors, announced the organizations on Tuesday.

Crumly was named to the All-District 6 second team and D3hoops.com All-Region 6 second team. It is the fourth straight year that Crumly has earned D3hoops.com honors, while it is the third time on the NABC list.

Crumly wrapped up his collegiate career with another phenomenal season in 2021-22. The 6-foot-9 forward led the team by averaging 17.6 points and 8.0 rebounds per game, while shooting a team-best 58.5 percent from the field. He was once again honored by the USA South with first team All-Conference and first team All-West accolades for a fourth straight year. He ranked third in the league in rebounding and fourth in field goal percentage.

The graduate student was a two-time USA South Player of the Week award winner and was named to the D3hoops.com Team of the Week on Dec. 14. He also earned USA South All-Tournament honors after averaging 23.0 points and 8.7 rebounds in three games. He had five double-doubles on the year and scored in double-figures 21 times, with a season-high 32 in the USA South Tournament championship.

Crumly became the fourth Scot in program history to eclipse 2,000 career points. He accomplished the feat in the regular season finale vs. No. 14 Maryville and ends his career with 2,082 points (fourth-most in program history). Crumly also finished his career with 913 rebounds (third in program history) with 152 assists and 115 blocks in 126 games. He accumulated 100 career double-digit scoring games, including 42 games with 20-plus points and seven 30-plus point efforts. Crumly also tallied 28 career double-doubles, the most for any Scot since the 2003-04 season.

In the process, Crumly also became the winningest player in program history. During his five years as a Scot, Crumly helped the Scots to 79 wins with three USA South regular season titles.

Covenant ended the year 18-7 overall and claimed a share of the USA South West Division regular season title.
