Alpharetta High School recently issued the following announcement.
For eligible juniors and seniors who would like to leave campus for an extended lunch period during the Spring semester, below is the Off-Campus permission form that should be submitted via Microsoft Forms for review/approval no later than Friday, January 7, 2022. Anchor Time will occur each Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Parents, please review the criteria and expectations with your junior/senior, print and sign the Off-Campus Privilege form.
Students, you will need to upload your signed Off-Campus Privilege form using the Anchor Time Form Return link below (hard copies will not be accepted). Forms turned in after the deadline will delay review and permission.
*NOTE: Students must log in to their @fcstu.org email account to submit/upload the Off-Campus Privilege form.
