Northwest FFA Graduates Receive $42K in Scholarships

Northwest Whitfield County High School recently issued the following announcement.

Class of 2021 Northwest High School FFA graduates receive $42k in scholarships 

Six Northwest High School graduates in the Class of 2021 received a total of $42,000 in scholarships from the James and Genieva Causby Trammell Worthy Student Fund.

Abby Adams, Julia Kelly Ralston, Alexus Carlock, Issac Phillips, Reece McCoy and Tyson Russell were each awarded $7,000 to use toward agricultural entrepreneurship or postsecondary education with a focus in agricultural studies.

This scholarship fund was created in honor of former Whitfield County educators James Trammel and Genieva Causby Trammell and is intended for Northwest students who plan to pursue a career in agriculture.

We wish these Northwest graduates nothing but success in their future agricultural endeavors!
