Sen. Colton Moore, a Republican representing Georgia’s 53rd Senate District since 2023, has recently shared updates on his congressional campaign and community engagement through a series of posts on social media.

On February 12, 2026, Moore recounted an encounter with supporters in Northwest Georgia: “Last night I stopped by Cracker Barrel for dinner and ended up running into some great supporters. I’m thankful for these patriots who took a minute to say hello, share encouragement, and remind me why this fight matters. Northwest Georgia is ready for real America First”.

Later that day, Moore highlighted growing support for his campaign in Georgia’s 14th Congressional District: “Georgia’s 14th District is building something powerful. Kyle Rittenhouse endorsed my campaign for Congress, and the momentum behind this movement is only getting stronger. Read more below:” (February 12, 2026).

In another post dated February 13, 2026, Moore announced results from a recent straw poll: “BREAKING NEWS! GA-14 Official Congressional Candidate Forum straw poll results are in, and we’re coming out on top. That’s not because of big donors or political insiders. It’s because everyday Georgians are tired of weak Republicans and empty promises. I’m running for GA-14”.

Moore began serving as state senator after being elected in 2023 to represent the state’s 53rd Senate District following Jeff Mullis’s tenure.
