On Sunday, April 27, former Gordon Lee High School standout Jake Poindexter’s current college team, the Lipscomb Bisons, won 8-5 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Eastern Kentucky Colonels.
The game took place at Ken Dugan Field. This was their sixth matchup against the Colonels this season.
The Bisons’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, April 29 at 6 p.m. at Ken Dugan Field against Tennessee Tech Golden Eagles.
