Advanced practice providers (APPs) at CommonSpirit are being recognized for their work during APP Week. These healthcare professionals are board certified and licensed, offering a broad range of services and working alongside other members of the healthcare team to deliver comprehensive and personalized patient care.

APPs at CommonSpirit play various roles, including leading care teams, providing direct patient care, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. The organization states that these providers are key in advancing its mission and improving care throughout the healthcare system.

CommonSpirit is highlighting the contributions of several APPs through short videos. Featured staff include Meredith, a certified nurse midwife; Lenora, a physician assistant; Heather, a clinical nurse specialist; Avnee, a nurse practitioner; and Joanna, a certified registered nurse anesthetist.
