On Saturday, May 17, former Coahulla Creek High School standout Sophia Voyles’ current collegiate team the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets lost 3-7 against the Mercer Bears in the NCAA Division I Softball Championship.
The game took place at Katie Seashole Pressly Stadium at 2:55 p.m. and was the first matchup against the Mercer Bears in the tournament.
