Former Murray County High School standout Mattie Nuckolls contributed to the Carson-Newman Eagles’ 72-53 win against the Lenoir–Rhyne Bears in the NCAA Division II Basketball Tournament on Monday, March 16.
The contest began at 7 p.m. at B. Frank Tex Turner Arena and marked the Eagles’ first tournament game against the Lenoir–Rhyne Bears.
